The Ministry of Defence at WW1 Meeting
On 5 May the Prince Philip Fund organized a World War One meeting for schools and teachers in the BELvue Museum in Brussels.
A Small Army in the Great War
Besides the many commemorations of the war of ’14-’18, the Ministry of Defence has dedicated a book and a film to the Belgian soldiers, entitled ‘A Small Army in the Great War’.
Hundreds of projectiles dug up at Moorslede
In a field at Moorslede the Explosive Ordnance Disposal Service has cleared 771 chemical explosive devices of World War One. This operation started on 25 February 2014 and is now coming to an end.
Touring Exhibition on the Great War
